DESCRIPTION

CRAYMUL 8405 is a fine particle size, plasticizer free styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion, which forms a clear film above approx. 90 　. CRAYMUL 8405 forms a clear, heat-sealable, hard but elastic and absolutely tack-free film.

CRAYMUL 8405为苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液，颗粒非常细，不含增塑剂，CRAYMUL 8405 可得到透明，可热封，硬且有弹性，完全不回黏的膜。

RECOMMENDATION FOR USE 应用

CRAYMUL 8405 is particularly desigend for the manufacture of aqueous, glossy, heat-seal resistant paper coatings, flexographic and printing inks, suitable for aluminium and plastic substrates.

UTILISATION

CRAYMUL 8405 distinguishes itself by its excellent spreading capacity and good transfer properties. Using CRAYMUL 8405, it is possible to manufacture well thinnable pigment concentrates. Pigments normally used in aqueous systems are well compatible. The use of 25 - 30 % CRAYMUL 8405 in aqueous colour resin-based concentrates gives particular high gloss, from an economical viewpoint.

CRAYMUL 8405 shows rapid and tack-free drying in aqueous printing inks. Good compatibility with alcohols permits an increase of the drying time, whereas, by using glycols, a deceleration of the drying time can be obtained.
